加拿大三所大学（多大，不列颠哥伦比亚大学）排名降至（22，36，42），而中国两所大学（北大，清华）排名呈双位数字上升（29，35），超过两所加国大学。可为大学招手的重要参考的排名结果有可能显示加拿大对高等教育重视程度不够。
Canada top three universities – U of T, UBC and McGill – have slipped in global rankings (22, 36, 42) as two Chinese universities – Beijing University and Tsinghua University (29,35) made double digit gains in ranking to overtake two of Canadian schools. The ranking, which is a crucial reference in the recruiting process may indicate that Canada under values the post secondary education.
