《大中报》地产客户Mike Donia 为前市长福特遗孀出售私宅

 

多伦多前市长福特的私宅以近250万的价格上市出售，而出售地产经纪为RE/MAX Realty Specialists Inc.的麦克•多尼亚先生。

The family home of late Toronto mayor Rob Ford has been listed for sale through Real-estate agent Mike Donia of RE/MAX Realty Specialists Inc.

多尼亚先生是一名资深地产经济，具有30多年的行业经验。多尼亚先生曾任皇家银行经理，30年前转行从事地产经纪职业。

Mr.Donia is a very skilled real estate agent with 30 years of experience in his pocket. He was previously a manager at RBC, until 30 years ago when started his realtor’s career.

这栋私宅售主为福特遗孀芮娜塔及他们的两个孩子。

Donia is selling the house on behalf of Mr. Ford’s widow, Renata Ford, and her two children. 

多尼亚在接受《大中报》采访时表示，“我的客户是芮娜塔及他们的两个孩子。她决定从该宅中搬出在其他地点另购房屋。”

“It was Rob Ford’s widow who is selling it for her (Renata) and her two children. She decides to move on and to find a house at a different location,” said Donia in an interview with Chinese News.

多尼亚表示这栋要价$249万9千的住宅可以每月$5,000 to $6,000元的价格出租，这对住户和投资者来说都是颇具吸引力的。

Mr. Donia said the “well-kept family home”, with an asking price of $2.499-million, may appeal to a family or an investor who could rent it out for $5,000 to $6,000 a month.

这栋房屋室内重新粉刷，并花了$8万元左右进行装修。多尼亚称：“重新装修的房屋非常适宜居住。”

The house has had about $80,000 in recent upgrades, with the interior freshly painted, he added. “It’s all renovated, and it’s very livable.”

将这栋位居新房价值高达$800万地区的占地80x119英尺的房产将对建筑商极具吸引力。多尼亚表示，如建筑商以要价购下房产，花$200万将房屋推倒重建一栋更为高尚的住宅，便可从中获利。

He says the more likely outcome is that the 80-by-119-foot lot will appeal to a builder who will tear down the house and build a more palatial home in an area where new houses are selling for as much as $8-million. A builder could pay the asking price, spend $2-million on construction and still turn a profit.

这栋房屋刚刚上市没几天就引起广泛关注。多尼亚先生认为前福特市长的名声也其中主要因素。

The house, which has been on the market for a few days, has attracted a fair amount of interest. Donia thinks the fact the former mayor lived in the home will add to its cachet.

福特市长在华人社区享有很高威望，因而这栋房产也会在华人社区引起轰动。

The property is expected to draw much interest from the Chinese community -- where the former mayor Rob Ford enjoyed remarkable popularity and strong support.
