唐玮臻 要求证监会解冻资产

出狱后的唐玮臻向证监会递交资金解冻申请，要求释放他被证监会冻结的资金。欲获这一申请唐须经过法律依据听证 ，即唐须向该听证小组证实 他的申请具有足够的法律依据。在听证前期会上，唐 表示要在听证会上传证人上庭为他作证。

Weizhen Tang, after being released from jail, brought a Frozen Funds Application seeking to unlock his assets frozen by the OSC. In a prehearing conference, Tang told OSC that he wants to call witnesses at Merit Hearing – where Tang has to convince the hearing panel that his application has merit.


证监会于1月20日颁布命令，指在2月17日展开的法律依据听证会上，唐可以传6名证人上庭作证。据该令， 听证会上将提供中英文翻译，而听证小组将根据文件性质决定唐在听证会上递交的书面证据是否可被听证会采用。

The OSC issued an order on Jan 20th that in the Merits Hearing on February 17, Tang is allowed to examine six investor witnesses. According to the order, interpretation services will be provided at the hearing, and the hearing Panel will decide whether the documentary evidence Tang delivers at the hearing are admissible – on document by document basis.
